Fee and Cancellation Policy

A $250 deposit is required upon scheduling your first appointment. The balance is due at the conclusion of the visit and will be charged to your credit card on file. You may request a statement of all your charges at any time.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please be respectful of our request for 24 hours notice. Multiple cancellations may result in Black Umbrella choosing not to work with you. In such an instance, your deposit may be forfeit.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

On behalf of myself, and as parent and/or legal guardian, I recognize that disastrous events can occur - whether through nature, terrorism, negligence or otherwise - that can result in potentially severe injuries. Including permanent paralysis or death to myself and/or my child/children and/or my guardian(s).

Being fully aware of these dangers I knowingly and intentionally want to retain Black Umbrella ("BU") for preparedness services. However, I also understand that BU is only one of many aids I can utilize in the face of these dangers, and understand that n no way can I, or my child/children and/or guardian(s) rely on BU as a failsafe guarantee.

Therefore, appreciating that BU is merely providing a service to assist me and my child/children and/or guardian(s) in being better prepared, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my child/children and/or guardian(s), along with our respective heirs, administrators, executors and successors, and assigns, hereby convenant not to sue and forever release and hold harmless BU and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or agents from all liability for any and all damages or injures suffered while utilizing any of the services and/or products they have provided to me and my family, without limitation.
